In the first quarter of 2021, the Australian Android sports gaming market saw varied trends across the top five applications. Here's how they fared according to Sensor Tower's data.

ELECTRONIC ARTS' Golf Clash experienced a gradual increase in downloads starting at 631K in the first week of January and peaking at 1.2M in the last week of March. Weekly active users fluctuated, ending the quarter with 11.7K, up from 11.3K at the beginning of the year.

Miniclip.com's 8 Ball Pool saw its downloads decline from 5.5M in late December to 4.1M by the end of March. However, weekly active users saw a slight increase during the last week of March to 44.4K after a period of decline.

Zynga's Golf Rival - Multiplayer Game had a steady start with downloads at 1.6M but dipped to 925K by the end of March. Active users witnessed a decrease from 5.4K to 4.6K over the same period.

Ten Square Games' Fishing Clash started with 4.1M downloads, declining to 1.3M by quarter's end. The weekly active users saw a decline initially but rebounded to 33K, surpassing the starting figure of 42K.

Lastly, Hutch Games' Top Drives – Car Cards Racing observed a decrease in downloads from 626K to 506K. The weekly active users saw a positive trend, increasing from 2.4K to 2.4K in the last week of March.
